I would like to get a couple of full length cockpit boat cushions made for 'Countdown' has anybody got any useful info, to work from?

In case anyone else is interested I had quotes varying from £250 - £120 from 7 different companies for making these. The local upholsterer won the deal at £140

Google in martex marine nantwich and click on their website we had 2 cockpit cushions from these guys... a few inches short in exact length, about 4 inches thick waterproof canvas, various colours, we purchased then for less than £20 from there stall at the boat jumble...or call them on 01270522251. Thanks for that, I've done the deed now though.
The guy has been and measured up and he is going to make them fit with the small angled bit at the stern up to the outboard hole as well. His revised quote is £120, the material cost is half that, so I dont think I am being charged too much. Would I, could I make these for £30 each ... probably not.
