We are looking for a 30 footer and it is time for Tadpole to be sold. We have had many happy hours and a lot of exciting times while sailing Tadpole.
She has taken us on many adventures in rough weather around the Solent and further west in the waters of Salcombe and Plymouth.
We have had a few calm restful holidays on Lake Windermere and some quiet hours sitting at anchor.
But, the family is getting bigger and we are looking for more room for those extended weeks & weekends away.
Tadpole has proved to be a strong and safe little yacht and gets a lot of interest around the creeks, sailing clubs and marinas of the south coast.
I was moored alongside a pontoon in Portsmouth harbour in early October and the owner of a very nice Sigma 33 moored ahead of us said "What a great looking boat I really like your boat is it a Swift"
Not bad from someone who sails a yacht like a Sigma. However he could walk without the permanant stoop I seem to get after a week away in Tadpole.......
