Hi Mike - we have a Swift 18 "Little Cracker" at South Walsham, near Acle, on the Broads and sail her regularly all year round (except when she's frozen in!)

Give us a call or email if you would like a spin.

Hi Mike

Sitting headroom in the 1/4 bunks must be about 3'. Plenty enough for an adult.

Swifts in Norfolk

Mike has a lovely little Swift, we saw her out on Saturday.
So. There is Rondonay, Little Cracker, Red Mist, at least on the Northern Broads.
Martinet was in Horning but has gone, and there is at least one at Cantley.
This has the makings of a proper fleet!
Anyone up for a Broads Rally next year?

Hi there, the Swift at Cantley is mine, currenty out the water though due to the need to BSS and licence and i've plenty of other things to do at the moment! Definately up for a rally, she will be berthed at Cantley next year aswell, this year was just a taster as i only recently bought my swift. Had some good sailing days, its a good sailing spot on the river and a very good free slipway if anyone wants to trail here (can always leave car/ trailer at my house up the road, or speak to the pub).
Looks like, reading from another post about history, mine is one of the originals (i think no. 17 or 18) with the Y9203 sail number.
Look forward to seeing some of you others on the Broads, come and see us on the Yare!
