Three sails
I have tried sailing with all three sails up. I didn't have my GPS on at the time so I don't know if it helped much but it seemed to help us catch another swift. See photo in the Gallery in the Wicked file.

winter sail
What with our new baby, I haven't had much chance to sail Aperitif since buying and then finally launching her in October. However, yesterday I had a smashing sail on Coniston. SE F4 gusting F6, two up, one reef in main and half the genoa, we were regularly getting 5.5kt on the log and maxed at 6.5kt beam reaching. I found the helm nicely balanced and no stalling in the tacks, although I've noticed previously that she's quite sensitive to the sail balance when it comes to tacking particularly in light winds. Glad I chose to go yesterday though - it's snowing!
