I like the idea of a moveable chart table, but whilst using the grill I simply place a large pan/kettle full of water in the centre of the two hobs, this seems to capture any heat radiated upward from the grill.

Hi Simon,

Yes so did I but I found that the Stainless steel was blackening as a result which is why I looked for another way. The Corgi engineer I consulted was not impressed by the method either.

I admit that the availability of hot water after a fry-up is an advantage. :)
